Very Thankful!

We hope everyone had as wonderful Thanksgiving as we did. We were very blessed to be around so many family members, sharing laughter and hugs. David and I are also thankful that we will be parents to another of God's miracles. We cannot wait to see how our lives change.

We also received the bedding for the crib this weekend! Thanks Grammy and Pop!

Sweet Creations

It's that time of year again when I join Mary and Lilly at the Dalton Country Club to decorate gingerbread houses. This is the 3rd year that I have joined them and it is so much fun. It's really for the kids but I enjoy it just as much as the kids do. I think Lilly and I eat as much candy as we put on our houses!

Greetings from San Francisco

I've been in town since Sunday attending an Adobe conference. The conference was great and I learned a lot of new stuff. Attending a conference when you're pregnant is a lot harder than when you're not.

Every year Adobe holds a customer appreciation party and it is always at a cool location. This year was no exception. The party was held at 2 near-by museums, the DeYoung and the Science Museum. Both places were only open to us in the evening. It was amazing! I saw an albino alligator which looked like an alligator covered in white chocolate!

Unfortunately I left my camera at home! I've missed a lot of Kodak moments on this trip. The city is already full of holiday cheer. There is a huge Christmas tree in Union Square and Union Square has been transformed into an ice skating rink.

I've tasted some wonderful food on my trip too. Tonight I sat next to an adorable family at dinner. Mom, Dad and two little girls. They were celebrating their youngest daughter's 1st birthday! She was so happy! I cannot wait to meet the little girl growing inside of me! By the way, this week she is the size of a papaya!

Tink has been a good sport lately. She let's us try out baby stuff on her. Here she is taking a ride in the stroller. Don't worry Tink, we won't make you try on the diapers!

No, we didn't move. We now have our crib for the nursery!
David's first Daddy duty was to put the crib together and he did a fabulous job. It's one of those cribs that will grow with the baby.

Tink is not sure what's going on at our house. First we cleared out the 2nd bedroom and now we built a crib in there. Below she trys to blend in with stuffed animals in the corner.

We're having a girl!

David and I went to the doctor today for the 20 week check up. We found out that we are having a girl! She is progressing perfectly and weighs 1 pound! We could she her brian, kidneys, bladder, heart, fingers, toes. It was so exciting.
